FANTASTIC SERVICE. Two young men were efficient and friendly. Well done! Very happy customer here. Second time using these guys. First hot water heater made it fifteen years. This one looks to be even better quality and the work done was professional to say to the least. The two young gentleman actually squeegeed my floor going beyond their actual job. Kudos and thank you for being a customer service provider in a time that customer service seems to be ailing.

I had an issue that required a technician to come and relight my tank, as I was unable to do it myself. The two gentlemen who came out were VERY professional, courteous and explained every step of the process to me in a way that I can understand. The office was very responsive to my needs, dispatched the nearest tech(s) and followed up, insuring my complete satisfaction. I will continue to use them for my needs and will always recommend Mr Waterheater to anyone in need of quality service.

They have replaced my tank, changed my pilot assembly, replaced my pressure relief valve, and installed a mixing value. All of this was done by different technicians over the last 8 years. In my opinion the cost of labor and parts are pricey but, Ive never had a bad experience. The prices do seem to be on par with the rest of Pittsburgh plumbing services. Would recommend.

Had the pleasure of meeting Erik and Anthony today. They installed our new hot water tank…can’t say enough about these two workers. Arrived when they said they would arrive. Very professional and courteous. Went right to work…they both worked well together and finished up in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything. Performed a water pressure test on our line. They were just a very polite and respectful young men! Kudos to them…THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Donna and Jack

The gentlemen that installed my new water heater today were friendly, courteous, funny, on time, and the price was exactly what was quoted to me— no surprises! Excellent workmanship and they even helped set me up with a cleaning crew for all the water damage that occurred due to my old tank leaking everywhere. Highly recommend this company!
